The recipient shall clearly indicate the name and number of damaged/lost items on the front of the POD, and the required documents for claim: the packing list and invoice of the goods provided at the time of shipment (with correct information and value of the goods), product pictures (packaging pictures) when the goods are put into the warehouse, and pictures of damaged goods (products or packaging). If the goods are lost, proof of loss must be provided: SMS (transportation company notification), email (transportation company notification), or tracking number and trajectory provided on the transportation company's official website. If there is no actual situation noted, our company will refuse to compensate 100%; 2. Within 3 days after the goods are signed for, provide feedback on the damage/loss situation, and return complete and clear pictures of the unopened outer packaging of the goods (including the box label/our company's tracking number), pictures of the damaged internal goods (including detailed pictures), and videos. When our company sends delivery information, please also forward and remind the recipient. Late delivery will not be accepted; 3. The product name and pictures on the packing list and invoice are consistent. If they do not match, our company will refuse to compensate 100%; 4. Compensation process: Provide relevant proof of damage/loss, such as pictures, and return the signed receipt; Loss assessment and liability assessment; Submit a claim letter; Provide original invoices and transaction vouchers (receipts, platform transaction screenshots) for transactions with the recipient; compensation 6. If there is no serious damage to the outer packaging and shell of mechanical and electronic equipment, and the internal machine cannot operate normally, it is not related to our company; Please note that fragile items such as glass, ceramics, paper carvings, lighting fixtures, marble, etc. are protected against loss during international transportation. Please make sure to protect the internal packaging of the goods when they arrive. 7. If the goods cannot be delivered to the warehouse due to the warehouse explosion of the courier company or Amazon warehouse, our company will supervise and assist in handling it, but we will not provide any compensation for the delay caused. 8. The following situations are not within the scope of compensation: flight/shipping delay, war, natural disasters, customs inspections/strikes, political factors, severe weather (such as typhoons), and other force majeure factors that cause cargo delay or loss, our company will not be liable for compensation. |
